Gaotang Xinglu-Bandag Tyre Retread Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996. We are located in Gaotang County of Shandong Province. We are a large scale company with an area of 6600 square meters and total asset of 16,000,000 RMB. Our machines of retread tyres and technology were imported from Bandag Company of the USA. Our major products are retread tyres vulcanized at low temperature, and our annual production capacity is 40,000pcs tyres. Our sales network covers Northern China. In the end of 2003, we imported another production line for prevulcanizing of engineering tyres. We are the only company which produces retread tyres of prevulcanized at low temperature in North of China.

Now, our branch company owns stronger technology. We have 8 senior engineers and 10 junior engineers. Our company owns workshops and labs with advanced and mature equipment. Especially our equipment are controlled by PLC, which can make sure the stable product quality. In 2002, "Shengtang" prevulcanized tread rubber entered into the market. In 2003, we invented a series of tread rubber for engineering tyres. In 2004, we began to produce cushion gum (98.7 centigrade). In 2005, we finished the study of prevulcanizing machine for retread tyres, in which, the buffer is controlled by digital technology. Vulcanizing chamber is controlled by PLC.
