Established in 1992, Beijing Aoyu Formwork Co., Ltd. is a private hi-tech enterprise that engages in the development, design, production, sales and lease of the building formwork series products. It is now developing into a diversified group corporation which integrates the technology enterprise incubator, hotel, and service, focusing on building framework industry. The company with a registered capital of RMB 50 millions, total assets of RMB 0.3 billion, total areas of 0.4 millions square meters, is comprised of subsidiaries and branches in Shaanxi Xi’an development zone. It employs more than 1, 600 people, including 136 professionals and technicians as well as 12 research personnel.
